La Française des Jeux is the National Lottery of France, one of the most cashflow-positive organizations in the world with approximately ten million euros per employee. They have a tremendous history, having been created in the sixteenth century by the king François I. Yet it still had great questions about its future, especially with the constant onslaught of Internet technologies.
The agency wanted to bring its senior executives up to speed on these strategic changes, so they engaged me to provide a day-long training based around my first book Future Inc: How Businesses Can Anticipate and Profit from What’s NEXT.
Between their readings and the in-person training, they became ready to face senior executives of their government with a plan to keep their operations stable for the years to come.
