Essilor has been one of France’s most innovation companies, relying on the cutting edge in materials science and manufacturing technologies to improve people’s lives on a very intimate level. Together with Competitive Futures’ French partner Competitive Intelligence Management, the firm developed a very sophisticated strategic analysis unit within the company, essentially from scratch.
One way to keep skills sharp within the organization was the establishment of an executive education series designed to deepen managers’ awareness of major changes in global industry as well as techniques to understand and integrate those changes. I was proud to present a half-day version of my course on advanced intelligence analytics to their educational series.
