For those readers who have been with me over a decade, I was calling a pop to the housing bubble starting hard in 2006. It was my least favorite forecast to be right about…well, until I called Russia’s interference in the 2016 election…but ANYWAY, I hope we don’t have another pop. The world doesn’t need any more disruption than we already have.
