I have funded a few Kickstarters, but I notice a dismaying trend – a high percentage of the people who get my money go on to not accomplish what they promised.
Travis Sheridan says that’s typical. He’s the Assistant VP of Innovation & Entrepreneurship for the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, and for Travis, not all entrepreneurs are created equal. Yes, the future of economic growth will come from those with new ideas – but only if they actually, to use his phrase, get shit done.
Do not say “get stuff done;” Travis will correct you. As he does here, on the latest Garland Report.
Travis will be at Transition Economics to talk about getting shit done for the communities we love.
